Gaurav Tiwari
Gaurav Tiwari leads Inessa Holdings LLC FZ as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the firm's strategic direction, asset management approach, operational execution, and long-term growth across physical assets and commodities trading.
Under his leadership, Inessa is positioned as a private real-world asset management and physical commodities trading firm focused on tangible assets, direct supply chains, and disciplined execution. The firm's approach is built around ownership, control, and physical verification, with every asset managed through clearly defined supply-chain structures from origin to delivery or exit.
Gaurav's role is centred on building institutional-grade systems for sourcing, structuring, risk management, and counterparty relationships across global markets. He guides the firm's focus on physical asset trading, structured transactions, and long-term value creation, ensuring that capital deployment remains anchored in transparency, operational control, and real-world asset fundamentals.
Through his leadership, Inessa continues to operate with a selective and disciplined approach, prioritising regulatory clarity, logistics access, counterparty reliability, and capital protection across the full asset lifecycle. His vision supports the firm's objective of creating durable value through proximity to the physical realities of trade rather than abstract or intermediated market exposure.
Anshu Aneja
Anshu Aneja is a senior mining industry executive with deep mine development and operational experience. He has an extensive career advancing world-class gold and gemstones mining projects in eight countries on three continents for both major and junior mining companies.
Currently, he serves as the Company's director, a position he has held since August 2016. This capped a 9-year tenure at Sinese Minas S.A, where he served in multiple senior-level positions, including Mine Development head at Lismaar Cono mine in Sierra Leone. He is very experienced in developing projects from advanced exploration through permitting, feasibility and into production mine.
Edwin Harlley
Edwin Harlley leads Inessa's global commodities trading activities, overseeing strategic supplier and buyer relationships, institutional funding partnerships, and the execution of transactions across precious metals, energy, base metals, and other globally traded commodities.
With over 25 years of experience across global financial markets, institutional trading, trade finance, and physical commodities, Edwin specialises in originating and structuring international commodity transactions. Prior to joining Inessa, he founded Consiliari Partners, where he developed a global commodities platform spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Nomura, including Executive Director and Global Head of Trading and Operations.
Edwin combines institutional financial markets expertise with practical commodities experience to deliver secure, transparent, and commercially robust trading solutions that support Inessa's long-term international growth.
Karan Sood
Karan Sood serves as Administrative and Operations Manager at Inessa, supporting the firm's day-to-day operational coordination, internal administration, documentation, and execution workflows across physical asset and commodity-related activities.
His role focuses on maintaining operational discipline across communication, scheduling, records, vendor coordination, compliance support, and transaction administration. By ensuring that internal processes remain structured, timely, and well-documented, Karan helps support the smooth functioning of Inessa's broader asset management and trading operations.
Karan combines administrative reliability with practical operational oversight, enabling teams to manage multiple priorities with clarity and consistency. His work supports Inessa's emphasis on disciplined execution, transparent coordination, and strong internal control across business functions.
